EXPERIENCE

Forty years experience, with Parsons, Fluor and WorleyParsons, in international and domestic projects, gas treating, oil and gas facilities, grass roots oil refineries, petrochemical plants, chemical processing plants and infrastructure. Experience includes feasibility studies, FEED and detail engineering, procurement and logistics, lump sum EPC execution and bid preparations, PMC and CM, project planning and constructibility studies. International experience, specifically in the Middle East, Europe, the Orient and Central America in PMC and EPC roles coupled with management of large-scale mega projects.

The experience renders as a leader of mega-projects. Recently gained experience as facilitator in Project Management Training and VIP.

Energy & Chemicals and Infrastructure equally divided between Project Management, Engineering and Construction Management as well as direct Construction. This experience is also equally divided between Stateside and International stretches from Across Europe, FSU, The Middle East and Far East as well as Central America in PMC and EPC Roles.
